The briquettes are made from 100% beech wood, without any bark, binders or additives. Perfect for use in the larger Gozney ovens (excluding Roccbox).
Perfect for a clean, complete burn with low smoke output and less than 1% residual ash content, Gozney Briquettes can be used alongside, or instead of, kiln dried hardwood.
