Accreditations
As you would expect, we are accredited by all the essential regulatory authorities. These include The National Fireplace Association, HETAS, CORGI and Gas Safe. We are also registered installers of Docherty Metal Flue Systems, Isokern Pumice Flue Systems and Metaloterm Insulated Twin Wall AT Flue Systems.
The National Fireplace Association is the trade association of the fire and fireplace industry. Its primary objective is to promote stoves, fires and fireplaces for all fuels, but it also seeks to encourage high standards within the industry.
Gas Safe is the regulatory body concerning all works involving gas installation.
HETAS is the official body recognised by the government to approve solid fuel domestic heating appliances, fuels and services. Its work in approving products covers boilers, cooker open fires, stoves and room heaters. HETAS represents the industry with government matters such as Building Regulations and in the setting of standards both in the UK and Europe, where its staff manage and chair committees drafting new legislation and European standards.
